**STEP ONE – ORDERING

All kinds of pets are accepted.
Multiple pets can be put on one portrait, but pricing is higher with more pets, so please ensure you select the right quantity when ordering.

HOW TO:
1. Purchase the service and complete payment.
2. Send us 2-3 photos via Etsy messages or by email: frenchee1991@gmail.com (high quality photos are advised for better results). Leave a note at the personalization section (ex. Pet's Name)
3. After 1-2 days you will get a proof concept for review (digital file).

**STEP TWO – RECEIVE YOUR FILE

Your portrait will be finished within 1-2 days, and a high resolution .jpg file will be sent to you through Etsy.

If you do not choose any other size, the digital image will be downloaded in A4 size.

Basic size: A4

Other sizes:
* 5 x 7 inches
* 8 x 10 inches
* 11 x 14 inches
* 16 x 20 inches

Alternative sizing is possible if requested, however larger prints may result in a loss of image sharpness, depending on the quality of the source photo you provide.
